If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@beloitplastics.com.

I purchased this saucer for underneath my planter and it worked out perfectly. I originally bought a smaller size, returned it because I needed a larger one, and then ordered the larger size, which fit perfectly and matches the planter really well.
I added pot feet so the planter is not sitting directly in the water, and the saucer makes it much easier to see how much water has collected underneath. The quality is great — it’s not flimsy, but it’s still light enough to move and maneuver when needed.
I also had a hard time finding larger saucers at a reasonable price, and this was one of the only options I found that was both the right size and fairly priced. Very happy with it!

Used the planter bottom as a bird bath base and fountain. Works perfectly!
Exactly what I've been looking for. Heavy duty and flexible. My pots are large and heavy. A tray that breaks easily is worthless to me. These fit the bill.
It is very sturdy. I use it under a large 3.5 gallon chicken waterer container. Should last a long time and keeps spillage off the plywood floor in the coop.

Your posting was confusing. You had the black ones on display ad but also the colored ones offered on the bottom. I actually ordered two colored ones, a red one and a yellow one. I did not expect those to be the same discount price as the two black special, but that is what I was charged.
However, I was disappointed in receiving the two black. If the colored ones were not available they should not have appeared in your posting. I had to use one of the black which definitely does not match my color scheme. But the man I had hired to repot my plants needed one immediately.

I have bought these before. I am very happy with the depth of the trays. Here in Arizona with the extreme heat the extra depth of the trays means less watering for me.

I recently purchased a 6 pack of Random-color Spinning Daisies. These were used to replace similar ones. Although these resist sun fade and damage and are relatively rugged in construction they are not deer resistant- that is, they may not survive direct confrontation with deer. As with purchases from you in the past, I am thrilled with them! The random selection was colorful, value can't be beat, and packaging and shipping was fast and free!

These Plant Saucers have been a game-changer for watering my backyard organic vegetable container garden. Central Texas has been officially rezoned from 8b to 9a because of increased heat. All outdoor containers lose moisture more quickly than in-ground and raised beds. These large saucers catch water from hose watering and rainfall to allow the plants to draw water as needed. I will send photos when my current crops get large enough to show the spectacular results!
